With more than 25 years of experience in business administration, operations, and practice management, Pennie has been a key driver of Oak Financial Group's operational success for the past decade.

 

As Office Manager, Pennie oversees the firm's day-to-day operations and supports the delivery of exceptional client service. Known for her organisational leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and focus on operational efficiency, she plays an integral role in ensuring the practice runs seamlessly.

Outside of work, Pennie enjoys keeping active at the gym and spending time with her family.
